1. Reservation Fee Refunds
The reservation fee of €29 for Oasis is non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
- If The Focus Co. is unable to deliver the 3D-printed prototype or proceed with the full product launch.
- If the product fails to meet the described functionality upon delivery.F

2. Returns and Refunds for Full Payments
If you have completed your full pre-order payment and received the product, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.Refunds will only be issued for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Reservation fees (except as outlined in Section 1).
- Products with signs of misuse, alterations, or damage caused by the user.
3. Process for Returns
Contact Us: Email us at hello@thefocuscompany.co with your order details and reason for return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for defective or damaged items.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund if it meets our eligibility criteria.
4. Refunds for Pre-Orders
Refunds for pre-orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
- The product delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date.The product does not function as advertised.
- Refund requests for pre-orders must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
